Creighton Clark


DEL MUERTO — Services are pending for Creighton Pierre Clark, 28.

Clark died April 12, 2011, in Del Muerto. He was born March 8, 1983, in Fort Defiance.

The family will recieve relatives and friends at their home in Del Muerto April 15-17, at 6:30 p.m.

Tse Bonito Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

 

Michael Keeto Sr.

HUNTER’S POINT — Funeral services for Michael Keeto Sr., 62, will be 12 p.m., April 16, at St. Michaels Catholic Church, St. Michaels. The Rev. Cormac will officiate. Burial will be in St. Michaels Community Cemetery. A Rosary will be recited 7 p.m., tonight, April 15, at St. Michaels Catholic Church.

Keeto died April 9, 2011, in Albuquerque. He was born Oct. 2, 1948, in Hunter’s Point, into the Near the Water People Clan for the Bitter Water People Clan.

Survivors include his wife, Vivian Becenti; sons, Michael Keeto Jr., Coburne Keeto, Brooklyn Keeto; daughter, Maurina Keeto; parents, Paul and Martina Keeto; brothers, Mel Keeto, Elvin Keeto, Irv Keeto, Merv Bando Keeto, Lee Keeto; sisters, Lynn Tsinnijinnie, Vida Keeto.

Keeto was preceded in death by his son, Chancellor Keeto; brothers, Martin Keeto, Calvin Keeto.

Pallbearers will be Mel Keeto, Elvin Keeto, Irv Keeto, Merv Bando Keeto, Lee Keeto, Boyd Ashley.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Parish Hall, St. Michaels, following services.

Wallace Kinlicheeni

LUKACHUKAI — Funeral services for Wallace Kinlicheeni, 82, will be 10 a.m., Saturday, April 16, at St. Isabel Mission, Lukachukai. Burial will be in Lukachukai Community Cemetery. Visitation will be 9 a.m., April 16, at the Church.

Kinlicheeni died April 12, 2011, in Winslow. He was born July 14, 1928, in Lukachukai, into the Towering House People Clan for the Coyote Pass People Clan.

Kinlicheeni retired from Railroad as a track layer. He was a well known medicine man.

Survivors include his companion, Mary J. Jim of Tsaile; brothers, John Woody of Chinle, Charles Woody of Shiprock, Arnold Woody of Shiprock, Harry Woody of Shiprock; children, Isabelle Jim, Cecelia Jim, Francis Jim, Chee S. Jim.

Kinlicheenie was preceded in death by his sister, Lucy McRoy.

Eurell Malone

GALLUP — Services are pending for Eurell W. Malone, 97.

Malone died Wednesday, April 13, 2011, in Gallup. He was born Nov. 29, 1913, in Mt. Sylvan, Texas.

Rollie Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

PHOENIX — Rocco was preceded in death by his parents, Dave Rocco of Gallup, Dewanna Rubenstein.

Jerry Skeet

VANDERWAGEN — Funeral services for Jerry Roger Skeet, 76, will be 10 a.m., April 16, at Broken Arrown Bible Ranch, Vanderwagen. Joe B. Cody will officiate. Burial will be in family land, Vanderwagen.

Skeet died April 13, 2011, in Gallup. He was born March 11, 1935, in Vanderwagen, into the Salt People Clan for the Towering House People Clan.
Skeet was an avid hunter and enjoyed the company of family and friends. He will be missed.
Survivors include his brothers, Roger Skeets, Tony Skeets, Anderson Skeets, Richard Skeets; sisters, Annie Skeets, Effa Alonzo, Pauline Plummer, Marilyn Yazzie.

Skeet was preceded in death by his parents, Roger Skeets Sr., Hanasbah Skeets.
Pallbearers will be Erwin Alonzo, Eric Alonza, Robinson Skeets, Taylor Jones, Joel Cody, Jonah Cody.

Cope Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Leslie Tsosie

CORNFIELDS — Services for Leslie Edward Tsosie, 57, will be 10 a.m., April 16, at Light House Church, Cornfields, Ariz. Evangelist Stanford Sammuel will officiate. Burial will be in Cornfields Community Cemetery.

Tsosie died April 11, 2011, in Winslow. He was born Sept. 9, 1953, in Ganado, into the Honey Comb Rock People Clan for the Red Running Into the Water People Clan.

Tsosie attended School in Ganado and was a rancher. He enjoyed drawing, basketball, attending family gatherings and being with family and love to joke around.

Survivors include his sisters, Mary Kinlichee, Betty Kinlichee, Christine Begay, all of Cornfields.
Tsosie was preceded in death by his parents, Nelson and Dorothy Tsosie; brother, Eddie Tsosie.
Pallbearers will be Chad Begay, Alexander Tsosie, Danford Machuse, Lowell Bennett, Cione Carroll, Delbert Kinlichee.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Mary Kinlichee’s residence, following services.

Renee Williams

ROCK SPRINGS — Services are pending for Renee Ronnie Williams, 28.

Williams died Monday, April 11, 2011, in Albuquerque. He was born Feb. 21, 1983, in Gallup, into the Black Streak of Forest People Clan for the Meadow People Clan.
